Covid-19 has completely changed how people are shopping and both customers and suppliers are keen to do everything they can to protect the vulnerable and support social distancing.  Even as the social distancing rules relax, some shopping habits may not revert to how they were before. 

There is a commonly held assumption that fresh food is better than frozen but this is not always the case.  If the food in question is prepared and frozen immediately be that meat, fish or fruit and vegetables then it can often have a higher nutritional value than a fresh alternative.
